Photography of the urinary tract was conducted following a two-stage phalloplasty procedure. The entire urethra exhibited a notably smooth structure, and there was no evidence of urine leakage. It is important to highlight that, to mitigate the risk of urethral stricture, a beveled anastomosis was employed at the site of connection to enhance the contact area.
